Daniel was a great realtor to work with. He actually represented the seller in our transaction (we were the buyer), but his knowledge, expertise and availability (when we requested to see the progress of the house - multiple times!) definitely made my husband and I confident that this was the house for our family. When I spoke with Daniel, I felt like he was truly invested in our desires and wanted to make sure we had no unanswered questions. Daniel even took the time to high-five, entertain, and even hold our 18 month old baby during walk-throughs. This may not seem like a big deal, but it allowed us to focus on the walk-through, and not the constant demands of an 18 month old. :) I really appreciated him going the extra mile to make our life a little easier. It may seem unusual to review the realtor on the other side of the transaction, but I would be doing a disservice to Daniel and anyone interested in purchasing a home if I didn't at least share my wonderful experience. We are considering investment properties in the future, and Daniel will definitely be our realtor. There is no other way to go!

She is the best ! Her expertise in all fields of Real Estate acquisition in the Hampton Roads area is unsurpassed. Initially she really talked deeply with me about what I really wanted in a house, where I wanted to live and why. She really picks your brain ! Then she scrubbed the MLS, narrowing down the search until we were looking at exactly what I wanted and where, and not wasting time looking at houses that I didn't want. She was tenacious, constantly querying the MLS for new listings, and relaying that to me. There were several she showed me but they were unfit for one reason or another. Once we found the house that fit all the criteria, she pursued the details of the listing before we wrote a contract to purchase. She is a great negotiator, knowing when to push and when to let off. The seller and I came to an agreement on the terms, and then it was time to let the lender go to work. She recommended the lender and he was great to work with ! The closing happened the day that it was scheduled, no hiccups at the last second. All I can say is she is the best and I would recommend her before anyone else. You'll see ........
