We decided to meet with Trent and share our thoughts, desires and expectations including timeline for the potential sale of our home and of course, what we were looking for in a new home. We discussed current market dynamics and somewhat uncertain financials market. We shared ideas on opportunity, investment and value. Trent soon realized that this would be very challenging as our family had very specific requirements for a new home, especially if we were moving from a home and location we already loved. Market conditions and opportunity aside, we gave Trent an impossible task.

What was apparent after our first interaction, and what separated Trent from the other agents we talked to, was his perspectives on strategy and his "I have an idea as to how we can plan to get this done". He said “the market was full of opportunity – you just have to know how to navigate it”. With that said, we decided to partner with Trent on this journey.

As we were hoping to sell / buy when the right opportunity became available, Trent demonstrated the much-needed market and financial knowledge, as well as the necessary business acumen, to put a viable plan in place that would achieve both personal objectives and investment value for our family.
